1. Connect to your senses. Being mindful is being more aware of the moment, focusing on one’s awareness to appreciate the small things in your life. Thank the Lord for your well being.
2. Savor the serenity of morning, being grateful and thankful. Meditate in the morning anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. Meditation is a powerful way to practice mindfulness. Clear your thoughts, open your mind to connect with the universe to feel the Love of God.
3. Life along with everything else doesn’t have to make sense all the time. Unfortunately happiness and sadness walks hand-in-hand. To be happy without benefiting from others sadness is Mindfulness.
4. Be a nice person is mindful. ~ Simplicity.
5. Communication with feeling expressing empathetic responses. Things do not fix themselves between people that care for one another with open Heart.
6. You can agree to disagree reasonably without disrespect.
7. Rethink what is required to become a necessary solution for the problem. Even though it may not be in your best well-being. The only solution may require a sacrifice for the greater good. One must gather the facts to know where you’re heading to prevent from getting lost. Then you will know where you are right now somewhere in Time.
8. Break routine patterns occasionally to inspire creativity.
9. Try to do the right thing every day and show a little compassion when the opportunity presents itself. What you believe will be your behavior. Love one another. Love God.
10. If you feel overwhelmed take a break. There is 50 ways to take a break.
11. Find somebody to Love. To care for another to share a life can become your pursuit of happiness with open heart.
12. Count your blessings at bedtime. Just one day at a time. Be happy and grateful ~ Thank the Lord for your well being.
